Emergency drone inspections (24/7)

Around-the-clock rapid-response drone surveys following fire, flood, storm damage or structural incidents — keeping personnel safe and evidence documented from the first hour.

Short answer

Image Surveys Limited (CAA Operator ID GBR-OP-K3GKP2JCP5DJ) operates a 24/7 emergency callout service across Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and Greater Manchester. Call 0800 999 1295 at any time. We aim to attend within 2–4 hours for most North West locations, weather and conditions permitting.

Emergency surveys document fire damage, structural failure, flood extent, storm debris and post-incident building condition — safely, from the air, without putting personnel inside a compromised structure. Annotated reports and imagery are delivered digitally, typically the same day. Reports are formatted for insurance loss adjusters, structural engineers and emergency recovery teams.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can you respond to an emergency callout?

We aim to be on site within 2–4 hours for emergency callouts across Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire. Call 0800 999 1295 any time of day or night and we will give you an honest deployment estimate immediately. Beyond our standard area, we will give you the earliest realistic attendance time.

What information should I have ready when I call?

As much as you can: the site address, the type of incident, any known access restrictions and the contact name on site. We handle all flight planning, airspace authorisation and risk assessment from there — you do not need to do anything else.

Can you inspect a building that is still on fire or structurally unsafe?

We assess conditions on a case-by-case basis in liaison with the incident commander. In most cases we can deploy once the fire service has confirmed the immediate area is safe for drone operations. We coordinate directly with your site and emergency team.

Are emergency survey reports accepted by insurers?

Yes. All imagery carries EXIF metadata recording the exact date, time and GPS coordinates at capture. Our reports are formatted specifically for loss adjusters and have been accepted by insurers without request for further information on numerous occasions. Our director is a former expert witness with experience of evidence being tested in formal proceedings.

Is there a surcharge for out-of-hours callouts?

We discuss pricing openly at the time of instruction. Our commitment is to attend as quickly as conditions allow — call us and we will be transparent about both timing and cost before we deploy.
